Conditioning Exercises come in pairs. Pick a pair, perform first exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 20 seconds (1:1) then perform the second exercise for 20 seconds and rest 20. Repeat 3-5 rounds. Progress to 2:1 work rest periods by cutting your rest time from 20 to 10 seconds or perform both exercises for 20 with no rest in between. Rest 20 seconds and repeat 3-5 times.
